After 20 years as a Non-Profit Executive Director, I have turned my love for animals and my compassion for the people who care for them into a commitment to help other non-profit professionals stay in the game! Making changes in your community, on limited funding, with many ideas and new challenges arising daily can be exhausting.
You may need a coach. Whether you are new to non-profits and hoping to gain a firmer foothold or if you are well seasoned and need a boost to stay motivated, working with someone who can be your champion and sounding board can help you get clarity and remained focused.

Weaving a practical plan from great ideas and opinions often takes an experienced, outside voice.
